Introducing " NOOR", our new collection of Kashmiri tilla embroidery adorned silk velvets. This is a midnight blue silk velvet dupatta shawl adorned with Kashmiri antique silver exquisite tilla embroidered pallav and borders. The embroidered borders are 2.5 inches wide along the length of the dupatta and 5.5 inches wide pallav borders along the width of the dupatta. The dupatta is finely finished with cotton silk under borders and edges.
