Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at team@sellabroad.io.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at team@sellabroad.io and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If a package is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
