☼ MATERIAL

  • The Sleep Cloud exterior cover is made from GOTS certified organic cotton.

Composition

  • Cover fabric GOTS certified Organic Muslin
  • Tube filling- Organic Bamboo Fibre
  • Mattress pad foam with organic latex topper
  • When required, unzip the bolster tube and remove the mattress cover for
  • The cover can be easily removed and washed. 
  • The mattress pad itself rarely needs washing, shaking and sun drying is enough. 
  • Bolster Tube: Machine wash Cold,lay flat to dry 
  • Mattress Cover Machine wash cold, hang to dry 
  • Mattress Pad - Do not wash. Wipe clean, air dry in strong sun. 
  • Do not bleach, use mild detergents and do not use any temperatures above 30°C as this will ruin the organic cotton. 


☼ SAFETY INSTRUSTIONS

  • Place your baby in the Sleep Cloud on a flat hard and stable surface, make sure not to place it on the edge of any surface. Always in the middle. 
  • Never leave your sleeping baby without supervision. 
  • Make sure to place you baby in the middle of the Sleep Cloud away from the bumper sides. 
  • Tummy time must always be supervised 
  • Incase the baby is swaddled, please ensure the swaddles sides do not come undone or untucked and in the baby’s way. 
  • Do not leave any toys, pillows blankets or other loose items in the Sleepcloud. 
  • Check regularly for damaged seams and similar, damages must be fixed immediately 
  • When it comes to your baby, you know best. Trust your gut and do what you think is correct. Exercise caution, keep common sense on your side, always be aware of baby even when baby is sleeping. 
  • Baby Jalebi cannot be held responsible for the misuse or mismanagement of the Sleep Cloud.  Use with care and follow basic safety guidelines.

Standard Shipping is free , All orders are shipped with in 24-72 hours. Once verified. Express shipping charges may vary as per your location. Personalized products can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

How can I pay for my order ?
We use a secure international payment gateway, PayGlocal, which supports most global credit and debit cards. Rest assured, it’s a fully secure and trusted payment method. Please note that our store checkout is in USD. You can view prices in your local currency by selecting your preferred currency from the top right corner of the website, but the final billing will be processed in USD. At the moment, we do not support Apple Pay, but we’re working on expanding our payment options soon.
What are your shipping options and Delivery times ?
We're happy to offer free standard shipping worldwide, which takes 8–10 business days. If you need your order sooner, express shipping options are available and can be selected at checkout.
How do I track my order once it is confirmed ?
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email and whats app message from us confirming the same. Most orders ship out within 48-72 hours from our warehouses and you would get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details of your order. Could there be any additional charges on my order?
The shipping charges on our website and at the time of check out are final – you would not be asked to ever pay additional shipping charges. However, since we ship globally, in some rare cases, certain countries may have additional duty charges based on your countries local laws and customs regulations. This is a customs / government charge that you would need to pay directly to your country’s customs department and not a charge that we levy.
I have only received part of my order, where is the rest ?
All our products are beautifully packed in their own individual signature boxes. If you have ordered multiple products, each product will ship separately in its own packaging. This sometimes causes the complete products of the order to arrive with in a day or two of each other. Rest assured, your complete order will be with you soon.
What are your Returns, Exchanges and Refund policies ?
We do not offer exchanges or returns on our products due to them being shipped globally. However, in the rare occasion that you are dissatisfied with you purchase due to product defect or order related issue, please do reach out to our customer care channels and we would be more than happy to offer you an immediate and appropriate solution either via refund or replacement.
